Join us this Sunday at 10:15am.

We Confess that...

  • The Bible is true, authoritative, and is a sufficient guide in this life.

  • There is only one God, Sovereign Creator, who eternally exists in three persons, Father, Son and Spirit.

  • God created humanity so we might know him, love him, worship him, and have fellowship with him.

  • Humanity became separated from God when our first parents gave in to Satan’s temptation to disobey God’s command to worship and trust him. Being then separated from God we became hopelessly bent towards sin.

  • The penalty we deserve for our sin is death and eternal separation from God.

  • Jesus Christ, God’s eternal Son, was born of a virgin and is fully God and fully human.

  • Jesus Christ lived a sinless life in perfect obedience to the Father and took our penalty for sin upon himself by dying on the cross thus restoring hope to a lost world.

  • Jesus Christ was physically raised from the dead, he ascended into heaven, and he will one day return.

  • The Holy Spirit was sent by the Father and Son to reveal to us our desperate need for salvation in Jesus Christ and draw us into his fellowship. We repent and believe in Christ by the Spirit’s working in us.

  • In Christ we can be restored to know, love, worship, and have fellowship with God.

  • Local Churches are gatherings of those who have been brought to new life in Christ.

  • We gather together to worship and grow in faith, to share in God’s grace and to encourage one another to reflect Christ to the world around us.

  • God has given the church baptism, the Lord’s Supper, the preaching of his word and prayer as the means to participate together in his grace.

  • When Jesus returns, all humanity, will be raised from the dead to be judged by him. Those who repented of their sin and turned to Jesus in this life will receive eternal life in God’s presence. Those who did not will be eternally separated from God.
